Posdoctoral Research Associate
JOB SUMMARY:
Candidates for this position should have received a Ph.D. degree in the field of Agriculture, Plant Science or related area of study. A candidate with experience in designing row crop experiments and insect studies will be an advantage. The candidates will assist scientists and students including undergraduate students in day-today experiments in lab and field, conduct independent experiments, collect and analyses data, write reports, maintain records/log books/ lab equipment/ inventories, conduct plant genomics experiments, and order supplies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform independent research under the direct supervision of the PI/PD and other duties assigned by the advisor in the field or the laboratory.
- Work with supervisor for planning and executiong
