Apple Student Technology Support Technician
Job Summary:
The Apple Student Technology Support Technician is responsible for assisting students in deployment of Apple devices. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service to FVSU alumni, parents, students, and faculty and staff.
- Providing troubleshooting tips for Apple devices.
- Acting as first responder for questions about Apple devices.
- Coordinating with University IT staff for escalations and unique situations.
- Other Duties Assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to think critically.
- Proven experience providing great Customer Service.
- Great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Apple's Operating System.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JAMF MDM, Apple OS certifications or previous tech support experience.
Anticipated Schedule:
10am-2pm Or 11am-3pm
